We process and ship orders within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders

We're working on expanding our shipping internationally. If you're located outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us at info@onefishtank.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with free return shipping and no restocking fees.
